Elvis Sandwich (Yep... you read that right)


2 slices of wheat bread 

2 slices of bacon 

1/4 cup of peanut butter 

1 banana (sliced)


Place bacon on microwaveable plate and cover with paper towel. 

Microwave on high for 3 minutes. If the bacon is uncooked, continue cooking in 60-second intervals until desired crispiness. 

Spread peanut butter on bread and then add banana slices and bacon.

It's that simple... and so Elvis for you!
