To prepare the mozzarella chicken, you will first need to preheat your oven at 350 degrees F. Using two sheets of wax paper, put the chicken breasts between them and then pound until they are 1/4 inch thick. Afterwards, spread the butter on the inside part of the chicken along with the salt and paper. Put a slice of cheese and roll the chicken, closing it with a toothpick. Do this for all the chicken pieces. Dip the chicken in the flour, next at the egg and finally at the breadcrumbs. Arrange in a layer in a greased baking dish. For the sauce, what you do is to melt the butter and add the garlic. Add the wine to the mixture and let it simmer.
