Clean and wash all fruit before beginning to prepare the ingredients. Put strawberries, soy milk, or orange juice, oat bran, honey into the blender. Blend for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth until thick. Pour into your glass or stainless steel mug and go to work. If the mixture is too thick you can add more milk or juice.
